Veni, vidi, vici: West coast style. From the rolling hills around Oregon, the picturesque views from Seattle, and the glistening blue of Lake Shasta, we certainly had our fill of the Pacific Northwest. After a short break we wanted to talk about something that stood out to us in particular. For anyone who knows us, you know that we love our fair share of museums. The Experience Music Project and Science Fiction Museum, located in the shadow of the Space Needle in the great city of Seattle, has certainly been one of the highlights of our adventures since we’ve been out on the West Coast.

Today we are going to look at a great Dutch Oven recipe for a mixed berry cobbler that we found in a magazine and adapted for the Dutch Oven. Recently we made this cobbler for a cookout and it was fantastic. With so many wonderful berries in season, this treat makes a great summer time dessert.
